Vintage Marbles Peep Tang Sight Copper Plate Printing Block

Here we have a beautiful vintage early twentieth century copper plate printing block for a Marbles pin peep tang sight. These were used as images in the Marbles catalogs as well as in advertisements that featured Marbles knives and hunting gear such as from sporting goods stores or major hardware outfits. It's in incredible shape and shows amazing detail for its size, especially considering that back then this was all done by hand. The lettering is of course in reverse so that when it's printed it's the correct way around.
The block measures 2 5/16" long by 1 5/8" wide and is 7/8" thick. It's made up of a copper sheet that's got several views of a raised  etched and engraved Marbles peep tang sight which is positioned over a steel base. Both of those are tacked to a piece of what looks like maple wood. This is a beautiful piece and is the first such Marbles peep tang sight block I've seen.
